VAT (UK Sales Duty)
All prices listed are inclusive of VAT. For all customers in the UK and other European Union Countries – VAT is charged at 17.5%. Documentation is enclosed with the goods to confirm that the VAT has been charged.

Privacy Policy
We collect the information given at the time of your order. This information is not disclosed to any third party. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

On order processing pages we use an SSL secure system, this is the industry security standard to ensure maximum peace of mind for all customers placing online orders.

Refunds
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. If you wish to return an item you will be charged 15% of order value, or £15, which ever is the greatest. This is to cover admin & re-stocking costs.

Pricing
Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our web-site are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price.

General Terms
We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales. Lion Gate Automation is a trading name of Lion Ironwork Limited.

Delivery - UK & Ireland
Delivery is calculated on a sliding scale of total order weight and size. Delivery is clearly shown on the checkout area of the shopping cart.
